GRONDPROEVEN 2021-2024
From 2021 to 2024, I was involved as a core member (performer, singer and writer) in Grondproeven, a culinair music-theatre trilogy by Titia Bouwmeester about the future of Dutch farming amid the forces of politics, climate change, the market, and consumers.
For the third part, I wrote the text, based on interviews with various farming families and experts. The performances took place on farms, where the audience was served a meal during the performance, prepared with vegetables grown on the land.
